Scott Sommerş@scottsommer21 SDSU basketball close to landing first commit for 2013 http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=356&f=4639&t=9077657 I don't have subscription so I don't know who he is referring to, but I wonder if it is Randolph since he was just here.
Without giving too much info away... it isn't Randolph. I do think that we are in the driver's seat for Randolph though.

If it is in fact Roschon, this could open the door to a round of high level signings. I would include Brandon Randolph in that mix as I expect him to break the Rivals Top 100 by the end of next season. Although talent is not in dispute, Pelle and January represent huge APR and eligibility risks and I will be surprised if either hits campus. Others I consider very much in the mix : Jahmel Taylor, Josh Hart, Jordan Bell, and Trey Dickerson (assuming he's reclassed to '13).

Lots of highlights listing his a target of SDSU and Scott Sommer purposely does not name "SDSU target" like everyone else. And Sommer started this whole rumor. Note: Bell plays on the same team as Prince.
TREY DICKERSON:
Nothing tangible out there but sounds like he is friends with Skylar in reading Tweets.
DAKARAI ALLEN:
Nothing much out there. Allen seems to be relishing in the offers and the whole process. I am purely speculating here but I think he is not an early signer type of guy.
Randolph visited SDSU and USC last week. "He is an intriguing point guard who can play multiple positions on the court, and he’s yet to announce a Top 5, though he’s been raving about his visit to San Diego State today (6/12) via twitter."
We are short at PG and Randolph isn't getting more love today than 3-stars so I would think he could be an early signer. He did give a timetable for a decision in a Scout interview (I do not have access) but then again Winston Shepard upped his by a month for SDSU.
WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?
Since the rumor hit the Twittersphere 6/16, and Randolph visited a few days prior, I would think Randolph is the most likely. I have no friends close to the process - just using simple web search skillz for my guess.
