An officer with an oath to uphold the laws of the United States apprehends an illegal immigrant with an array of outstanding traffic tickets but is told to let him free without charge and refuses.
What should prevail here - the laws of Congress or the executive order? Seems like we need an Oliver Cromwell to set the record straight ....the the King is not above the law.
In the Obama bizarro world: if an American had been stopped in the same situation – they would have been put in jail.

Would be nice to have comprehensive reform so we aren't constantly dealing with these issues. Who to blame?
