Hmmmm...

Someone please explain to me how, in 2012, we can have skin colored based perks, for certain races. Would MLK himself approve? Was this his dream? If the applicant had say, 1 white parent, would he get only $500?

We have a Black President of the United States. In case nobody has noticed.

There's schollies for every demographic, even a ton of stuff outside of skin color. I got a $1,000 for being a C student in HS. I got another $800 for being under 6 feet tall.
