This is an early prediction but I can see Kawhi and Jamaal on Team USA 2016.

"I want to show them I don’t need to be just sitting in the corner, standing out there looking for somebody to play off me and give me a wide-open shot."
This is a great quote from Kawhi. He's not going to sneak up on anyone next year, a lot more attention will be focused directly on Kawhi. And it sounds like he's up to the challenge.

Somebody has to make the team. If you have said this time last year that Anthony Davis and James Harden would make the 2012 team, everyone would have called you crazy.

By 2016, Kawhi and Jamaal will be two of the better wing players in the NBA, and who knows, Steve Fisher may be the coach of team USA.

There has been a rumor going around that starting with the 2016 Olympics, the NBA isn't going to allow players to participate that are over 23 years old. (Kinda like they do with soccer). If that rule falls into place, Kawhi would be ineligible.

the soccer teams send up to three players over 23. maybe the NBA will have that same clause in there if they do enact this age limit

Cuban is against sending NBA players, and sense he basically runs the NBA such as him vetoing the Chris Paul to the Lakers trade because the Lakers wouldn't pay as much in luxury tax, I'm guessing there will be some limit on NBA players at least.

Blake Griffin's injury does not help the cause for NBA vets playing in future olympics.
